Service Description
Experience tailored fitness with our personal training sessions led by expert trainers. Achieve your health goals with customized in-person sessions. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of Virtual Training when life takes you elsewhere, ensuring you stay on track with your fitness journey from any location. Packages Available: 1x per week (4 sessions/month): $380/month 2x per week (8 sessions/month): $752/month 3x per week (12 sessions/month): $1116/month ALL MONTHLY SESSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. THERE ARE NO ROLLOVER SESSIONS INTO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. MAKEUP SESSIONS FOR MISSED SESSIONS MUST ALSO BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE 30 DAY BILLING CYCLE.
Cancellation Policy
ELITE TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By accessing or using Elite Training's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. USER CONDUCT: Users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully during training sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS: Payment Details: Payment details provided for services must be accurate and complete. Refund Policy: Once a training package is purchased, no refund will be issued. If a client wishes to cancel their monthly training subscription at any time, cancelation should be done at least 2-3 business days before the auto renew date, to ensure the draft does not recur. MISSED SESSIONS: ALL MONTHLY SESSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. THERE ARE NO ROLLOVER SESSIONS INTO THE NEXT MONTH. MAKEUP SESSIONS FOR MISSED VISITS WILL BE AT THE TRAINER’S DISCRETION INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, on the Elite Training website and materials are the property of Elite Training and are protected by intellectual property laws. PRIVACY: Elite Training respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. USER ACCOUNTS: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. TERMINATION OF SERVICES: Elite Training reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any user violating these Terms and Conditions. MODIFICATION OF TERMS: Elite Training may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Check this page regularly for updates.
